Sunday Slowdown - Winter Resilience

Slow down with us at our first women's wellbeing event, Sunday Slowdown.

Our first day retreat is focused around the theme of Winter Resilience. Supporting mind and body through the challenges of the winter season and welcoming in the new year with joy and good health.

Our Sunday Slow Downs are all about taking time out for yourself, coming together with other women to slow down and understand how take great care of YOU!

Our Winter Resilience day has an incredible lineup of local women who have come together to bring you a relaxing, informative and restorative day of:

11am - Meet & hydrate

11.30am - Energise your body - Gentle Yoga with Manda Bourne

12.30 - Feed your soul - a warm and healthy autumn themed lunch is included.

1.30 - Live & Learn - Jen Adams Nutritionist & Skincare expert - How to take care of you during the winter months.

2.15 - Let us eat cake

2.45 - Mind Flowers - Victoria James Life Coach, Winter Resilience.

3.15 - Peace Meditation & Reflection

Yoga Mats are provided, we ask that on the day you bring a cushion/pillow, blanket, comfy socks, anything that will make you warm and comfortable.   This is a totally casual zone, we will be make-up free, as comfy as can be and by the end of the day, completely care free!

Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
